Once you complete the online survey, you’ll receive one entry into ASDA’s lucky draw as a token of thanks. Each receipt is valid for one survey, and only one entry per person is allowed.
To qualify, make sure to finish the TellASDA survey within 28 days of your visit. If you’re selected as a winner, you’ll receive a £1000 cash prize, conveniently sent to your PayPal account.
How Are Winners Selected?
Winners are chosen through a random draw held each month during the promotional period. In total, 12 winners will be selected annually, with one lucky participant chosen per month.
Each winner will receive a £1000 cash prize, which will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
How Will Winners Be Notified?
Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 10 days of the lucky draw. Once notified, they must sign and return a declaration form within 14 days to confirm their eligibility and accept the prize.
If ASDA is unable to reach the selected winner within this timeframe, or if the required documents are not submitted on time, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
